Once your beloved items are shipped, you will receive a tracking email. This way you can keep an eye on your goodies at all times.
European orders can take up to 7 days.
Continental ones can take up to 14 days.

Want to return an item? No worries!
Before sending back your order please contact us and our lovely staff will inform you about the return procedure.
If the item you received shows any signs of damage please also include a clear picture of the issue.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation, what do I do? After placing your order you will receive an order information on the email address you used to make you order. If you didn’t receive a confirmation please check your spam folder or double check if there aren’t any spelling errors in the email address you entered.
Can I cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled and are eligible for a full refund as long as they have not been dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order please contact our service department (firstname.lastname@example.org) stating your full name, order number and the email address you used to complete the initial order.
